Exporting to spreadsheet



Simple method to export search / filtered results to a spreadsheet


On the Results page simply highlight the table of results. The easiest way is to click at the start with your mouse, then, keeping your finger on the mouse, scroll down the page to continue highlighting. Note: if the results extend beyond the bottom of your page, keep you finger on the mouse button and move to the bottom of your screen to continue highlighting. See screenshot 1.

Then right-click on any highlighted text and select Copy. See screenshot 2.

Open Excel and create a new workbook - or use an existing one. Note the 2 x pasting options:

  1. Paste with formatting, links, images, etc.: not ideal if you want to simply work with the data. See screenshot 3.
  2. Paste plain text: preferable a as only plain text is pasted. See screenshot 4.
